Another crips pilsner from the team at True History. This one features an almost extinct Polish hop variety, Tomyski. Once rivaling classic Bavarian hops, Tomyski was eradicated during WWII, kept alive solely by a few dedicated growers planting them in the woods. Also featuring Lunga, which brings a more modern tropical palette to balance the beer.
